Attracting Positive Energy

My paintings explore the relationship between nature, transformation and the unseen—the subtle energies, symbols and connections that exist beyond what we immediately perceive.

Nature is a constant source of fascination for me. Flowers, in particular, offer a language of their own: they speak of growth, transformation, fragility and renewal. Through my work, I bring elements of the natural world indoors, creating imagined gardens where the familiar begins to shift into something more mysterious. Within these floral landscapes, animals, insects, fairies, words, symbols and coded forms emerge and disappear among the layers. Some are immediately visible; others reveal themselves gradually, rewarding a closer and more intuitive gaze. They become fragments of a visual language—personal and symbolic, yet open to the viewer’s own interpretation.

I am interested in the possibility that a painting can carry more than an image: that it can hold intention, atmosphere and a sense of energy. Numerology and dowsing have informed this body of work, introducing another dimension to the process and encouraging me to consider the relaltionship between the artwork, its surroundings and the person who encounters it.

The paintings are deliberately open to interpretation. The symbols may suggest protection, transformation, connection or possibility; the hidden creatures and magical elements invite the imagination to wander.

Ultimately, my work is an invitation to slow down and look beyond the obvious.

To discover something hidden.

To reconnect with intuition.

And perhaps, for a moment, to experience the world as a little more magical.
